The range of wines produced from the classic grape varieties originally come from Alsace. The attractive cuvées are based on the Zealand Brackish Glory such as mussels, oysters, “Oosterschelde” lobster and flat fish.

Schouwen-D®uiveland Gris+
This wine is very fresh one hand, on the other hand a tad sweet. Juicy also, with white fruit and perhaps in the background a touch of raisin. “Good with lobster and oysters”.
The wines by the grape variety Pinot Gris from Alsace has benefits, they are both powerful as particularly refined. The wine has complex aromas and sometimes smoky tones and has an acidity that is high enough to the elderly.

Lively, fresh with modest shades of apple, citrus and mild peach / pear. Tastefully with fried sole. Auxerrois is a Pinot Blanc variant, but with a lower acidity. The wine is extract-richer than the Pinot Blanc. The taste of this harmonious cuvée is colored by the grape from Auxerrois.
